This page provides the forms and documents our customers use when working with 462, such as the Development Election Request for proposing custom development under the Manufacturer Master Services Agreement. Document Submission Guidelines
- Review Requirements: Please complete all required fields before submitting your form.
- Secure Delivery: Submit completed documents directly to your designated 462 account representative.
- Proprietary Information: Do not include detailed proprietary specifications in a Development Election Request. A high-level description is enough until both parties have signed.
The documents and forms on this page are intended for use by 462 Technologies customers, partners, and registered users. We work to keep these forms current, but they are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Downloading or submitting a document, including a Development Election Request, does not create a binding obligation or approval until it has been reviewed and signed by authorized representatives of both 462 Technologies and the customer. You may complete these forms for your own use with 462, but you may not redistribute or republish them without 462's written permission.
